Salary: £14.50 per hour
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm to 9:00pm (20 hours per week)
Contract: Part-Time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at JLR Jaguar Land Rover in Melksham.
You will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards, supervising staff, supporting recruitment and training, managing cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring health and safety compliance across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the cleaning team.
- Ensure cleaning standards and customer expectations are met.
- Complete site audits and support KPI performance.
- Manage stock, materials, and equipment.
- Train and support new and existing team members.
- Assist with rotas, holiday cover, and recruitment.
- Promote a positive team culture.
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Support with cleaning duties when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience supervising or managing a cleaning team is desirable.
- Experience within cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, or a similar environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
