LUV Infinity Group is looking for a commercially minded Brand Activation & Partnerships Manager to drive footfall, revenue and brand awareness across our portfolio of bars, restaurants and nightlife venues.
This is not a traditional events role. We're looking for someone who can build partnerships, secure headline entertainment, develop commercial opportunities, launch exciting brand activations and turn great ideas into profitable campaigns across the group.
You'll work across brands including OMG Clubs, Dorothy's, The Cider Press and future venues, helping shape the next generation of hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate and manage artists, DJs, performers and headline acts.
- Plan and deliver profitable ticketed events from concept through post-event analysis.
- Develop partnerships with universities, student unions, societies, local businesses, tourism partners and national brands.
- Secure sponsorships and commercial collaborations that generate revenue and exposure.
- Work with venue managers to collect, evaluate and develop new event and revenue ideas.
- Identify opportunities to increase footfall without relying solely on paid advertising.
- Own and maintain the group's bookings, partnerships and events CRM.
- Research trends and launch innovative concepts that keep our venues ahead of competitors.
- Work closely with Marketing and Venue Managers to ensure every activation is commercially successful.
- Track ROI, attendance, ticket sales and commercial performance of campaigns.

- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple venues and projects.

Pay: £27,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
