Pay: Up to £50000 per year (uncapped)
Job Description:
At Draycotts we specialise in New and Used vehicles being a main dealer for Mitsubishi and GWM.
We are a long standing dealer in the area with an extensive customer base spanning over 50 years.
We believe that our customers deserve Family Like Care when purchasing a New or Used car and are looking to add a member to our Sales team that can deliver that experience.
We also offer an extensive Motability range and fantastic deals on fleet vehicles to suit any customers requirements.
Our services don't end there, at Draycotts, we are your local Kia experts for all of your vehicle servicing, maintenance, warranty and repair needs. Whatever your motoring requirements, we're with you all the way.
With realistic earnings of £40000 (OTE) upwards and an uncapped earning potential the position comes with benefits including company option, exclusive company discounts on new and used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services
What does the role of New/Used Car Sales Executive involve?
- Create great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact, to helping them discover their perfect vehicle, to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
- Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving to your customers and bringing a sense of excitement to their new car purchase
- Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
- Deliver not just a new car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling on accessories, service plans and finance packages
What qualities do I need to succeed in the New/Used Car Sales Executive role?
- A dedication to flawless customer service, with experience of creating great moments for customers and a passion for making their new car experience a special one
- A keen interest in the automotive industry, whether above or below the bonnet
- Enthusiasm, drive and motivation to consistently achieve fantastic results
- Confidence and experience with computer systems, and a full UK driving licence – you’ll have the opportunity to drive a range of inspiring vehicles
- Previous sales experience preferably in the motor industry
- Flexible to work a rota
