Role Overview:
As a Bodyshop Technician/Painter, you will play a key role in our team, ensuring that our vehicles are prepped, painted, and finished to the highest standards. A full, clean UK driving licence and prior experience in a similar role are essential.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Prepping vehicles prior to painting
- Masking vehicles prior to painting
- Conducting filler work
- Painting vehicles to standard
- Dent removal and Panel repair
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest quality standards
- Keeping work areas and tools tidy and in good working order
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
- Alloy Repair knowledge
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Repair, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Skills: Good communication skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, excellent time management, and the ability to work systematically and with attention to detail
- Experience: Previous experience working to efficiency targets
- Personal Attributes: Honest, diligent, team player, takes pride in personal appearance and workplace organisation
Experience Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in car body repair or painting
