An exciting opportunity to join the Bamboo Brunch & Cocktails family! We’re looking for vibrant and friendly Supervisor who can deliver exceptional, five-star service while creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.
We aim to create a positive & fun atmosphere that creates wow moments to our customers. With us specialising on breakfast/brunch our working hours are sociable hours and will be closing at 6/7pm latest. Unless the venue is hired out for occasions.

Your roles will be:
Train and mentor employees, especially new hires
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Motivate the team and help maintain a positive work environment
Managing bookings and using the till
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintaining our hygiene & safety system
Barista experience is required during busy periods of service
Think on their feet to ensure smooth guest experiences
Oversee daily cash handling and complete end-of-day cash-up reports.
Conduct regular checks on food presentation, cleanliness and hygiene.
