What you'll do:

Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals, maintaining excellent standards of quality and consistency.

Deliver meals to military personnel and support a range of events, functions and special occasions.

Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness, ensuring full compliance with EHO regulations.

Support large-scale food production while maintaining attention to detail and presentation.

Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to provide an outstanding dining experience.
What you'll bring:

Previous experience as a Cook within catering, hospitality or a large-scale food service environment.

A genuine passion for preparing high-quality food and delivering excellent customer service.

A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Experience within military, government or contract catering is desirable. IOSH certification and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) would also be advantageous.
