Hello. We're ScandiKitchen and we import food from Sweden, Denmark and Norway into the UK.
We have a full-time opening for a Customer Service Administrator in our office in Park Royal. In this office-based role, you’ll be looking after all inbound calls/emails/chats from our customers – both private customers as well as wholesale clients. Your main tasks are to action incoming queries and make sure they are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner – and in a lovely, ScandiKitchen way.
In this role you will:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, private as well as wholesale.
- Respond to all enquiries, requests and issues and ensure everyone has a great experience and that queries are resolved in an efficient way.
- Help with the admin that goes into managing our customer relationships, from arranging promos, sending information and samples as needed and help manage the B2B product catalogues.
- Assist with processing the daily orders to our system and work with our fulfilment team to ensure these are shipped on time.
- Actively engage with our customers by phone, email and chat to ensure they are supported with best possible product selections and information.
- You will also be looking after basic office administration (20-25% of the role) – this is anything from looking after our online people system, making sure our office looks and feels nice, team events planning and also some light PA duties for the Directors.
Skills and experiences required for this role:
- Graduate (or someone with equivalent experience in a customer focused role).
- Good logic and problem solving: You think on your feet and you work well when things are busy and you’re able to think creatively to find solutions to problems. You’re not scared to pick up the phone and chat to people - and you’re confident in your approach to what good customer service should look like.
- Strong admin skills: You’re organised and have great time management.
- A real team player.
- Great people skills, both on phone and in writing. Our working language is English but you will be dealing with people from all over the Nordic countries as well, which means clear communication is very important.
- Knowledge of a Nordic language is a bonus (and/or knowing about Nordic foods), but not essential.
This role is 100% office-based Monday to Friday. Our office is based in Park Royal (NW10 7QQ).
The role starts as soon as we find the right person, so get your skates on and ping us your CV and cover letter to [email protected]. (yes, we do need a cover letter - and there will be bonus points if you don’t use Ai to write it).
The first round will be online with the 2nd round interviews in the office. This role is full-time only and you need permission to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
