About This Role
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to support a friendly lady in her 60s who lives independently in Lichfield.
While she lives alone, her family visit regularly, and she is looking for someone who will not only support her with daily living but also provide companionship, enjoy a good conversation, and help make each day enjoyable.
The role includes assisting with mobility, personal care, medication prompting, household tasks, and supporting her to access the local community. She loves spending time with her two pet dogs and enjoys taking them out for walks, so you must be comfortable around dogs.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable. Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK*
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- A Full UK Automatic driving licence
- Pet Friendly- Our client has 2 pet dogs
