The role
We are seeking to appoint several enthusiastic and knowledgeable Associate Lecturers to join our academic team in the field of Food and Nutrition. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, applied teaching, learning, and assessment across our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Successful candidates will have expertise in two or more of the following subject areas:
- Nutrition, physiology and biochemistry
- Nutrition through the life-course
- Nutritional science
- Food science and technology
- Food science quality and sustainability
- Food labelling and packaging
As an Associate Lecturer, you will be expected to deliver engaging, evidence-based teaching that supports student learning and development, contributing to both face-to-face and online delivery where required. You will participate in module delivery and assessment, ensuring content remains current, research-informed, and aligned with public health priorities and industry expectations.
