GREAT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD - Cleaning Opportunity (Manchester and Accrington )
GREAT MANAGEMENT SERVICES is onboarding experienced cleaner to deliver residential and short-let cleaning services across Manchester and Accrington.
This partnership operates within a structured operational framework, with defined service scopes, checklists, and photo audit processes. Cleaners who demonstrate consistency, reliability, and quality are prioritised for higher-value assignments and pay progression.
This opportunity is suited to cleaners who prefer clear standards, predictable workflows, and performance-based progression.
Service Responsibilities
- Deliver cleaning services in line with defined service scopes and checklists
- Upload required before-and-after photos from consistent angles
- Manage assignments through a job management platform
- Maintain professional standards within client environments
- Report conditions that exceed agreed scope through the appropriate procedure before commencing work
Essential Requirements
- Status with the right to work in the UK
- Own reliable vehicle for travel between assignments
- Active Public Liability Insurance
- Own professional cleaning equipment and supplies
- Smartphone capable of using the job management app (training will be provided on how to use the company's app)
- Ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and audit requirements
Availability Expectations
Assignments may vary in size and duration depending on property type and service scope. Cleaners who are best suited for GREAT MANAGEMENT SERVICES are typically able to allocate up to 5 hours per service a day when accepting assignments, particularly for larger residential properties and end-of-tenancy cleans.
Applicants without their own vehicle and active insurance will not be considered.
Pay Structure and Progression
This role operates on a structured pay progression model based on performance, reliability, and service eligibility:
£13/hour — probation tier (initial onboarding period of 30days)
£15/hour — Lead or core subcontractor tier, unlocked through consistent performance, reliability and audit compliance after 30 days
Progression is performance-based rather than automatic.
Trial Clean (Paid Assessment)
Shortlisted applicants complete a paid trial clean (£20 fixed) as part of the quality assessment process prior to receiving live client assignments.
