The Role:
The Bear Hotel, nestled in the heart of the community in Cowbridge, is searching for an Assistant Reception Manager to join our team. What does an Assistant Reception Manager look like?
Innovative: You will be passionate and help us deliver and create exceptional customer experiences by bringing new ideas to help us improve and working collaboratively with our General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experience.
Team Player: You will be a vital part of the team and contribute to the creation and execution of exceptional guest experiences. Teamwork plays an important role in our success and helps us achieve our goal of making everyday experiences special.
Commercial Thinker: You will play a pivotal role in growing our business by supporting our Group Reservation & Rate Manager in achieving our accommodation revenue goals.
Leadership: You will lead your team in offering a heartfelt Welsh welcome to all guests, oversee the team, and support them in achieving the 4Ps. You will lead by example to inspire the team to deliver exceptional performance across all areas of the reception department.
What We Are Looking For:

Commercial Acumen: As an Assistant Reception Manager, you support the drive to achieve our room revenue goals.
