We're looking for enthusiastic, people-focused Production Line Leaders to join us on a fixed-term basis and help drive performance, quality and safety across our production operation.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Line Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You'll:
- Lead and motivate a team of production operatives during your shift
- Organise workloads to achieve production targets
- Monitor product quality, food safety and hygiene standards
- Support line start-ups, changeovers and shutdowns
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and escalate where required
- Ensure production records are completed accurately
- Promote a positive health & safety culture and safe ways of working
- Coach and support colleagues to perform at their best
- Drive continuous improvement and help reduce waste and downtime
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
What We're Looking For
We're less interested in job titles and more interested in attitude, leadership and experience.
You'll likely have:
- Experience working in a manufacturing, FMCG or food production environment
- Experience leading or coordinating a team
- Strong communication skills and a positive approach to people management
- A commitment to quality, food safety and health & safety standards
- Good problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions
- Basic IT skills and the ability to complete production records accurately
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Food manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of GMP and hygiene standards
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
- Food Safety qualifications
