As CHPS Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of repairs, voids, disrepair, DMC and planned maintenance works across approximately 6,000 homes. You will lead operatives and subcontractors, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team delivering repairs, maintenance and improvement works.

Complete site inspections and ensure quality standards are met.

Diagnose property defects and recommend remedial solutions.

Allocate and supervise works ensuring health and safety compliance.

Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules and performance targets.

Manage contractor and supplier performance.

Support complaint resolution and continuous improvement.

Carry out performance management and development of operatives.
