Job Summary
5 X Days per/week Monday to Friday - 3 Hrs p/day.
Start Time - 4.30pm finish 7.30pm (Flexibility to start later)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial environments. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected according to company standards
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, and cleaning products to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and materials
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete all assigned tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting supplies
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
