Performance Manager – Performance, Planning and Healthcare Analytics
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Performance, Planning and Healthcare Analytics (PPHCA) Department for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Performance and Planning Team as a Performance Manager.
The Performance and Planning Team plays a key role in developing and delivering the Trust’s performance management framework, ensuring that strategic objectives and annual planning priorities are translated into meaningful performance information across all three hospital sites.
Through effective governance and reporting processes, the team supports informed decision-making and drives continuous improvement across the organisation.
The Performance, Planning and Healthcare Analytics Department comprises three specialist teams—Performance & Planning, Analysis & Reporting, and Data Warehousing & Commissioning Information—offering excellent opportunities for collaboration and professional development within a forward-thinking and data-driven environment.
This is a fully remote position , providing flexibility while working as part of a supportive and innovative team. You will require a suitable home-working environment.

Produce high-quality quantitative and qualitative performance reports, including Board and committee papers, performance packs, external submissions and ad hoc briefings.
Analyse and interpret complex performance information, providing clear insights, commentary and recommendations to support decision-making.
Attend and actively contribute to performance, planning and assurance meetings across all Trust sites, offering constructive challenge and expert advice.
Act as a subject matter expert on NHS performance standards, targets, trajectories and reporting definitions.
Support the monitoring, validation and presentation of performance data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with reporting requirements.
Build effective working relationships with clinical, operational and corporate teams to support performance improvement and organisational objectives.
Prepare and present performance information for a range of internal and external audiences, tailoring reports to meet stakeholder needs.
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture, participating in regular team huddles, sharing best practice and supporting continuous service improvement.alix.par
