Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, including hotels, offices, residential buildings, new build, bars, restaurants etc. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all areas are kept in pristine condition.
Duties
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
- Change bed linens and towels as required, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hotel Cleaner.
- Ability to drive and own a drivers license is required.
- Previous experience in commercial and Domestic cleaning is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Good customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and lift light loads when necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
