A1 ApprovedLimited is a fast-growing company and due to our commitment never to compromise our standards we are now looking to expand our small team handling and processing car warranty repairs. We are looking to recruit a full-time person in our Leeds office based off Dewsbury Road, LS11. Salary will be £24,000, plus an annual company bonus payment. 20 days paid holidays plus all bank holidays. Mon - Fri 8.45 am to 5.00pm. We anticipate the position to start ASAP.
The ideal applicant will have some mechanical knowledge and be able to work under pressure giving both accurate and exceptional customer service skills to our customers and garages. The ability to answer emails, write letters and think outside of the norm when sourcing solutions is a pre-requisite.
Full training will be given but the correct attitude is just as important as ability.
