Café Manager - The Fork & Flower NN12
We’re growing… and we’re looking for an exceptional Café Manager to lead the charge on our next venue.
Following the exciting acquisition of our second Fork & Flower venue, we’re searching for a passionate, driven and experienced Café Manager to lead our beautiful new countryside café in Northamptonshire (NN12). While this is our second Fork & Flower venue, you’ll also be joining a growing hospitality group with the support of experienced managers across our other locations.
We’re bringing The Fork & Flower philosophy to a much-loved local café, creating a warm, welcoming destination known for exceptional coffee, outstanding food and genuine hospitality, while preserving everything our guests already love.

What you’ll be doing:
Leading the day-to-day operation of the café and setting the standard for exceptional customer service.
Recruiting, training, motivating and developing a passionate front-of-house team.
Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels looked after.
Driving sales, managing labour, controlling costs and delivering strong financial performance.
Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless service and consistently high standards.
Overseeing rotas, stock management, ordering and daily operations.
Supporting the delivery of seasonal events, afternoon teas and occasional evening events.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous hospitality experience, with a management role in a café, restaurant or similar hospitality venue.
Is a natural leader who inspires their team by leading from the front.
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
Is commercially aware and confident managing KPIs, labour and day-to-day operations.
Wants to be part of a growing independent business with exciting plans for the future.
