Responsibilities
+ Shift pattern is 2pm to 8pm 4 days a week.
- Take accurate orders while demonstrating knowledge of menu items, including dietary accommodations and specials
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling, and safety regulations within the food industry
- Experience in banquet service or catering environments is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills paired with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergy considerations to ensure guest safety
