Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Family Photographer to join us for a specialised 3-day trip to Rhodes,. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing authentic family moments and creating memorable images that reflect genuine connections. Duties
- Capture high-quality photographs of families during the 3-day trip, focusing on candid, posed, and lifestyle shots that highlight their personalities and relationships.
- Utilise professional editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance images while maintaining natural aesthetics.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet high standards of quality and visual appeal.
- Manage social media accounts by selecting and posting engaging content from the shoot, maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Organise and archive photographs systematically for easy retrieval and delivery post-trip.
- Assist with setting up equipment and ensuring all photographic gear is maintained in excellent condition throughout the trip.
Requirements
- Proven experience in photography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating family or lifestyle photography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skilled in photo editing, colour correction, and retouching techniques to produce polished images.
- Experience in social media management, content curation, and digital marketing is desirable.
- Knowledge of journalism or storytelling through imagery is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in dynamic environments.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple shoots efficiently during the trip.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with families and team members.
