ROTI KING Ltd is looking for talented and experienced Wok Chef who will be an essential part of our kitchen team at Gopal's corner Westfield White City, taking care of the preparation of various dishes but mainly specialising in wok dishes and running service in an efficient, productive manner. Ultimately you will be responsible for consistently delivering high standards to our guests.
Roti King was founded in 2014, and - what's in a name dishes – we create authentic Malaysian street food including the very popular, freshly-made Roti Canai. The menu originates from Ipoh, the culinary home of Malaysian Cuisine, and has been brought to the UK by the original founding family behind the famous Gopal’s Corner, Malaysia.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting our team and ensuring you deliver best service in Wok, Fry and Curry section.
- Serve orders within a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members as well as the kitchen to ensure our guests enjoy the best experience.
What do you bring to the table?
- You are full of energy and have a positive attitude.
- You have prior experience in this type of role and have knowledge of HACCP.
- You are a strong communicator and team player.
- You have an eye for detail and are a perfectionist at heart. You are flexible in working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) and thrive in pleasant chaos in which you like to create order by following procedures.
