Night shift: Monday to Thursday - 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (4 nights per week)
Are you an experienced and motivated Lithographic Print Minder looking to develop your skills and progress your career? Join our experienced nightshift print team and play an important supporting role in delivering high-quality results on a Heidelberg press.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Nightshift Heidelberg Print Minder – Number 2 to assist with the operation and maintenance of our lithographic press equipment. Working closely with the Number 1 Print Minder, you will contribute to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist the Number 1 Print Minder in the operation and running of a Heidelberg press to achieve high production and quality standards.
- Prepare materials, inks and consumables for scheduled print jobs.
- Support the efficient set-up, wash-up and changeover of print jobs.
- Monitor print quality throughout production and report any issues promptly.
- Assist with routine maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting of press equipment.
- Help ensure print jobs are completed accurately and on time.
- Support team members and provide cover for overtime or holiday shifts when required.
- Follow company safety procedures, housekeeping standards and quality control processes.
- Work collaboratively with the print team while demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a lithographic print environment, ideally working with Heidelberg presses.
- Good understanding of print production processes and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to support overtime and shift cover when required.
