Responsibilities:
- Deal with customers' orders, enquires and queries in a professional manner via telephone, email and in person. Good customers' relations are especially important.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits confidently to potential clients
- Installation of auto mowers.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions promptly and professionally.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Uniform is provided.
- Requirements
- Proficiency in IT is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written IT skills for managing sales records, emails, and product information systems
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Organizational skills to keep track of appointments, customer details, and follow-ups
- Customer service mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Knowledge of lawn care equipment or outdoor technology is a plus but not required
