We are seeking a dedicated Car Wash & Mobile Valeting Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality vehicle cleaning services both at our dedicated facility and on-site at customers' locations. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and valeting of vehicles, including washing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior detailing.
- Operate cleaning equipment and utilise appropriate cleaning products to achieve the best results.
- Conduct mobile valeting visits at various customer locations, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation of work areas and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs courteously and professionally.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed during operations.
- Keep accurate records of services provided and report any vehicle issues or damages promptly.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is essential for mobile servicing.
- Previous janitorial or vehicle cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently across multiple locations.
- Attention to detail to ensure vehicles are cleaned to the highest standard.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and prolonged periods of standing.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service at all times.
Location: Ilford, East London (mobile work across surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities:
- Exterior washing, drying, and basic detailing
- Interior vacuuming, wiping, and deep cleaning
- Using valeting equipment and cleaning products safely
- Delivering excellent customer service on-site
- Maintaining cleanliness of work equipment and van (for mobile roles)
