Join an Outstanding GP Practice
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join the Senior Management Team at Swan Medical Group.
Based across our Liphook and Liss surgeries, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of three practice sites, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality patient services while supporting our dedicated clinical and administrative teams.

About the Role
Reporting to the Practice Business Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee the daily running of our surgeries and act as Deputy to the Practice Business Manager when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations across three practice sites
- Providing effective line management and support to staff
- Ensuring quality, regulatory and compliance standards are maintained and regularly audited
- Leading operational improvements and service delivery initiatives
- Managing complaints and supporting patient liaison
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the practice continues to deliver outstanding care
About You
We are looking for an experienced manager who has:
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach
- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
Experience within Primary Care or another healthcare setting would be advantageous, although applications from candidates with strong operational management experience in other sectors are also welcomed.

Pay: £38,000.00-£44,500.00 per year
