Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Devon Care Group in the UK. In this role, you will support our kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and serving of nutritious meals for our residents, contributing to their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist in meal and food preparation to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Support the catering team with food safety procedures.
- Serve meals and drinks to residents with care and professionalism.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle food preparation tasks with attention to detail.
