Kid Ease Dover Triangles are a supportive, friendly and close-knit team, looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who shares our passion for quality early years provision.
OUR SETTING
We are a large, purpose-built nursery set across six rooms in the heart of Dover, with a huge garden that children love and use every single day. Forest school trips are part of our daily routine, and our setting reflects a genuine commitment to outdoor learning and the natural world. We also have a wonderful collection of nursery pets - including our much-loved forest school / therapy dog, a tortoise and a rabbit - who are woven into children's days and bring real joy and calm to the setting.
We invest in our staff and care deeply about their wellbeing. Our staff meetings are known for being fun as well as purposeful, and we tackle challenges as a team by collaborating and supporting each other. We invest in getting to know our families exceptionally well, so that we can help give children the best possible start in life - regardless of their background. At our most recent Ofsted inspection we were rated Good across every category, with particular strengths noted in our well-planned curriculum built around children's curiosity, our warm and approachable team, and how well-supported staff feel by the management team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You should be a good team player, positive and keen to provide a secure, happy learning environment for children. A full and relevant Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above is essential, along with a genuine passion for working with young children and their families. We support children from a range of backgrounds and cultures, and an inclusive approach is at the heart of how we work.
As a key person for a small group of children, you will plan and deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework, build meaningful partnerships with families, and support each child's development with real care and attention.
