THE ROLE
The Made to Measure Specialist builds Oliver Brown's business beyond the
walk-in. This is a role for someone who treats client relationships as
an asset to be built deliberately: through referrals, through corporate
and professional networks, and through the disciplined management of a
client book. You combine genuine fit and fabric expertise
with a commercial instinct for where the next client is coming from.
Where other roles respond to who walks through the door, you are also
responsible for who walks through it next. This role is central to the
growth of Oliver Brown's Made to Measure and corporate outfitting business.
