Overview
Alkaia is a fast-growing Delivery Service Partner for the largest innovative and competitive company of its kind.
We are actively looking for reliable self-employed delivery drivers in Norwich and the Suffolk areas. In simple terms, we pay you well to deliver parcels to its residential and commercial customers. We provide you with a fully comprehensive insured van (automatics or manual) and fuel (so this don't come out of your pocket). All you have to do is show up and deliver.
You will deliver pre-planned local routes, providing great customer service while working independently with full support from the team. Fully paid training is also provided. You will never feel like you are alone because at Alkaia, we are a family.
There is potential to earn between £3346.20 (without VAT) - £4015.44 (with VAT) per month working 6 days a week, with additional bonuses during our peak season and growth opportunity within the business.
Day rate is £128.70 (£154.44 with VAT)

Requirements
- Have a valid proof of right to work in the UK (Mandatory)
- Have held a current full UK or EU driving licence for at least 1 year (Desirable)
- Have no more than 6 penalty points on current Driving Licence. (Mandatory)
- Ability to pass a basic DBS check (Mandatory) - Cost covered by Alkaia
- Over the age of 18 and physically fit to handle parcels (Mandatory)
- Ability to commute to and from the Norwich Depot, DNR1, at 2 Caley Cl, Norwich NR3 2BU (Mandatory)
- Safe driver (Mandatory)
- Able to drive a SWB/LWB van in a safe manner (Mandatory but training provided)
- Ability to follow simple instructions (Mandatory)
- Able to use a smart device or phone (Mandatory)
- Provide own safety shoes (Mandatory)
