Deshapeables is a growing e-commerce fashion business specialising in women's clothing and shapewear. We are looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day customer service, online store operations and general business administration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, working with online systems and supporting the smooth running of a fast-paced e-commerce business.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, email and WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate product and order information.
- Create manual invoices using Shopify and Wix.
- Escalate customer enquiries to the relevant team member when required.
- Follow the company's Customer Service SOP at all times.
Shopify & Operations
- Upload new products to Shopify.
- Name products and write product descriptions in accordance with the company SOP.
- Update product information on Shopify.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Support Deshapeables Tradefair operations when required.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organised, reliable and proactive.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to work independently and follow company SOPs.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.

Important Information
- Resumption from 9:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday.
- This is an on-site role based in Liverpool.
- Right-to-work checks will be required.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
