The Role
We are looking for a creative, commercially driven Visual Merchandiser to lead in-store presentation across our two Greater Manchester locations (Trafford and Stockport).
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and understands how impactful visual merchandising directly drives sales, customer experience, and brand perception.
As part of the In-Store Retail Team, you will not only own visual standards but also actively support day-to-day store operations — including being hands-on with POS and supporting End of Day procedures when required.
As the role supports two stores, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising & Commercial Execution
- Own and execute the visual merchandising strategy across both stores
- Create compelling window displays and in-store focal points aligned to campaigns and trading calendar
- Drive commercial performance through strong product placement and storytelling
- Analyse sales data to inform layout changes and product positioning
- Ensure both stores always maintain exceptional visual standards
- Manage seasonal & campaign changes and promotional set-ups
- Maintain consistency across both locations while adapting to store-specific trading needs
- Train and upskill store teams on VM standards and brand guidelines
Retail Operations Support
- Work collaboratively as part of the In-Store Retail Team
- Support with customer transactions, upselling, and delivering an elevated in-store experience
- Assist with End of Day procedures, including cashing up and closing processes where required
- Support stock replenishment and front-of-house presentation standards
