We're looking for Machine Operator/General Operative to join our small team:
Part-Time Position (Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm)
If you have experience operating braiding machines or any experience with yarns and are looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Operating winding machinery but this role also involve other duties depending on production needs:
- Operate and monitor braiding machines to produce high-quality yarns
- Set up machines and carry out routine quality checks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Picking and packing orders if required
- Work closely with the team to meet production targets.
- Help us continuously improve our processes as we grow.
- Learn about different working areas within the business and work in a different departments.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in operating braiding and winding machines is preferred, but we're happy to consider motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to develop your skills.
