Role Purpose
The Workforce Data & Insights Manager plays a critical role in enabling evidence based decisions across Organisational Effectiveness & Capability, using workforce and organisational data to identify where development, intervention and improvement are needed. Reporting to the Head of Resource & Capability, the role focuses on transforming workforce, capability and organisational data into actionable insight that supports operating model effectiveness, skills development, workforce sustainability and performance improvement.
The role owns workforce and capability analytics, dashboards and modelling within the OE&C remit, enabling leaders to understand trends, diagnose issues and target interventions. By embedding data‑driven thinking across organisational design, capability and effectiveness activity, the role supports continuous improvement and alignment between people capability and organisational outcomes.
