Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily client service operations and project coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor operational performance, service quality, and client satisfaction
- Prepare reports, service updates, and operational documentation
- Support workflow improvements and process optimisation initiatives
- Assist with resource planning and team coordination
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in client services, business operations, professional services, account management, or project coordination
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with business clients and service delivery teams is an advantage
