The Company
Tabio is a luxury Japanese clothing brand that has expanded overseas to branches in Europe, North America and Asia. You would join the growing UK branch as a part-time e-commerce assistant to support the online store's growth.

Purpose of the role
We are looking for a part-time e-commerce admin to join our team for customer service and shipping at the Tabio UK online store. We seek a self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail, independence, and innovative thinking to support our business's rapid growth.
This position is strongly suggested for those interested in entering the fast-growing world of e-commerce. You will work closely with the online team and will have some contact with the in-store team.
The day-to-day life in the role will involve customer service, preparing orders and packing them to deliver, amongst ad-hoc activities. It is a fast and fun environment that will involve creativity and the growth of your knowledge of the e-commerce world.
★You need to be able to commute to our store in Central London.
Salary and Holidays
- Permanent Role.
- Working Hours: Monday-Tuesday & Friday (3 Days a week / 24 hrs per Week).
- Flexible to either 3/4 days a week.
- Salary: £12.80ph (Probation) £13.80ph (After Probation).
- Holidays: Pro Rata.
- Additional commission when sales targets are reached.
Job Description
- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders.
- Respond to daily online customer service enquiries via email and on company social accounts.
- Answering phone calls.
- Handling returns, organising exchanges and refunds.
- Organise and maintain online stock/ stock control.
- Product ordering for special requests.
- Performing regular inventory checks.
- Assist the team with creating social media content.
- Assist with product registry as needed.
- Assist with adhoc tasks.
- Assist with Blogs & NL as needed.
- Market Research and involvement in projects including Wholesale client sourcing.
Essential Requirements
- Positive and creative individual who can work collaboratively and independently.
- Basic understanding of shipping services.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication.
- Customer service experience.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment and on your own.
- Able to complete repetitive tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Sponsorship is not available.
Desirable
- Shipping operations experience.
- Knowledge of E-commerce systems.
- Interest in the fashion industry.
- Customer service experience.
