We are a leading wholesale and retail jewellery company with a reputation for high-quality products and outstanding service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Stock Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely updates, and efficient processes across both our Ecommerce and ERP systems. Working closely with multiple departments, you’ll help ensure our beautiful products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data into Ecommerce and ERP systems with a high level of accuracy
- Update and maintain stock levels across all platforms
- Transfer information from spreadsheets into our systems
- Notify the team when stock levels are low
- Assist in receiving jewellery goods, adding stock to the system, and locating items correctly
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies to the CEO and Operations immediately
- Collaborate with sales, finance, warehouse, and other internal teams to maintain accurate inventory records
- Support the Senior Stock Coordinator in forecasting supply and demand to avoid overstocking or stockouts
- Help place replenishment orders and monitor shipments
- Address shipment delays and follow up where necessary
- Oversee the storage of products, with special care for fragile items
- Participate in rolling inventory audits
- Keep up-to-date records of inventory, including daily incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure purchases stay within allocated budget
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse area
- Step into other departments during peak times to assist with dispatch
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required
Who You Are:
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Confident working across multiple systems and platforms
- A team player who communicates well with different departments
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Prior experience in inventory, logistics, or ecommerce is a plus
