£14.00 per hour for the Baby Room Leader position
40 hours per week, 5 days

£750 joining bonus
Are you a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a nursery where you can spend more time doing what you came into childcare to do: working with children?
We are looking for two qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our baby room at Elizabeth Saunders Nursery in Hutton.
One of these positions also offers the opportunity to become Baby Room Leader, paid at £14.00 per hour, for someone with the right experience and confidence to take responsibility for the room.
Our baby room cares for just 9 babies. It is a small room with a close team, giving practitioners the chance to properly get to know the children and their families.
We are a family-run nursery group with a friendly team and a well-resourced setting. We have recently changed the way we handle observations to keep paperwork at a sensible level. We want practitioners spending their time playing, talking, caring for children and supporting their development.
Baby room experience is useful, but it is not essential for the practitioner position. If you are an experienced Level 3 practitioner working with toddlers or preschool children and would like to move into babies, we would be happy to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include:

For the Room Leader position, we are looking for someone who can also support the team and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the room.

You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.

- Genuinely enjoys working with young children
- Is caring, reliable and patient
- Works well as part of a team

If you are interested in the Room Leader position, previous baby room experience and some experience leading, mentoring or taking responsibility within a room would be an advantage.
