Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients to support chefs and cooks
- Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety standards
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying staff of stock levels
- Follow all food safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
- Serve food to guests or staff as directed, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
- Support the team during peak hours by performing basic cooking tasks under supervision
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or food service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cooking techniques and meal preparation processes is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices is highly desirable
- Prior kitchen experience or culinary training will be considered a strong asset

Pay: £12.71-£18.96 per hour
