Jo Specifications
- Support residents with personal care, dressing, mobility and daily living
- Help develop, review and update person-centred care plans
- Lead and support junior staff to maintain high standards
- Communicate warmly and professionally with families and healthcare professionals
- Drive residents safely to appointments or social outings (yes, you’ll need to beconfident behind the wheel!)
- Keep accurate, high-quality records using our digital systems
- Spot changes in health or behaviour and act promptly
- Champion dignity, respect and independence every single day

We need someone who:
✔ Has previous experience in a senior care role
✔ Can lead a team with confidence
✔ Communicates clearly and kindly — whether that’s with residents, families or colleagues
✔ Is comfortable using IT systems for care documentation
✔ Has a genuine passion for elderly care
✔ Brings energy, initiative and a positive attitude to every shift
