We’re looking for a Part-Time Kitchen Porter to join the kitchen team at The Blues Kitchen London.
The award-winning Blues Kitchen is one of London’s most iconic venues. Known for its Southern-inspired interiors,legendary live music programme and vibrant dining room,it’s a place where great food,strong drinks and incredible performances come together every night of the week. Serving up all-American comfort food classics alongside expertly crafted cocktails,The Blues Kitchen has built a reputation as one of the city’s most loved places to eat,drink and experience live music.
Behind the scenes,the kitchen runs at a fast pace to deliver food to a busy dining room alongside a full programme of live music. We’re looking for someone hardworking,reliable and positive who can support the kitchen team and help keep the operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Washing dishes,utensils and kitchen equipment throughout service.

Keeping the kitchen clean,organised and safe at all times.

Supporting chefs with basic prep and kitchen tasks when needed.

Managing waste,recycling and stock deliveries.

Helping maintain high hygiene standards across the kitchen.

What to Expect

Competitive pay:£12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71 to £13.21 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
