As our UK Inventory & Supply Planner ,you’ll be part of the GSC team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into EU Inventory & Supply Senior Planner. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
Own UK inventory deployment and supply execution,ensuring the right stock reaches the UK market and channels at the right time. Partner with Markets,Merchandising,Logistics and Global Supply Planning to maintain UK availability while managing aged stock and supply risks. Provide clear,data driven inputs into the regional S&OP cycle,highlighting constraints,opportunities and actions needed to protect availability,optimise working capital and support commercial delivery.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our UK Inventory & Supply Planner,you will be responsible for:

Developing and executing UK supply and inventory plans,translating demand signals,S&OP decisions and global planning parameters into accurate stock strategies that balance availability,customer needs and working capital efficiency.
- Managing inventory deployment and allocation,ensuring stock is effectively distributed across DTC and wholesale channels,supporting replenishment activity and enabling successful seasonal product launches.
- Monitoring inventory performance and supply risks,analysing stock health,availability gaps,aged inventory and supply constraints while identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Supporting data-driven planning and reporting,providing inventory insights,scenario analysis and risk visibility to support S&OP discussions and informed decision-making.
- Building strong cross-functional partnerships,collaborating with Global Planning,Demand Planning,Merchandising and Logistics teams to align supply priorities,improve availability and continuously enhance planning processes.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Put simply,the key things we’re looking for are:

Strong understanding of supply planning and inventory management,with knowledge of replenishment principles,planning parameters,seasonal flows,safety stock and lead-time considerations within a consumer or multi-channel environment.
- Strong analytical and technical capability,able to interpret planning data,use ERP,forecasting tools,Excel and BI dashboards,and translate insights into effective supply and inventory decisions.
- Effective problem-solving and scenario planning skills,with the ability to assess supply risks,demand changes and operational constraints,identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills,able to build effective relationships across Global Planning,Merchandising,Logistics and market teams while navigating changing priorities and ambiguity.
- A proactive continuous improvement mindset,with strong attention to detail,adaptability and the ability to support improvements across supply chain planning processes and ways of working.
