We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Supply Chain team as a Supplier Performance Manager at our Wolverhampton site.

As a Supplier Performance Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategic supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement across Safran's supply chain. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will monitor supplier performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives that enhance quality, delivery, cost, innovation and overall supply chain effectiveness.
You will be responsible for developing performance improvement plans, conducting supplier reviews and visits, and ensuring robust corrective actions are implemented where performance falls short of expectations. By leveraging data and strong stakeholder engagement, you will help maximise supplier value and support the successful delivery of Safran's operational and strategic objectives.
