N+C Glass, part of the Nicholls and Clarke Group is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our Fareham factory on a permanent basis due to exciting company growth.
N+C Glass are highly reputable Glass window manufacturers and have been operating for nearly 150 years. Our Fareham warehouse has vacancies on our night shift, 10.30 pm-7am, Sunday to Friday morning.

As a Production Operative you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
· Understanding and completing paperwork.
· Operating glass processing machinery and equipment.
· Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor.
· Housekeeping of machinery and work areas.
· Manual handling of glass.
· The quality of glass and work produced.
· Working on either an automated unit production line / a toughened glass production line / Loading of goods in and out / assembling internal frames.

· Have a willingness to learn (full training provided).
· Be able to work towards a given target.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Be adaptable.
· Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
