Night-Receptionist / Night Auditor for the hotels, Pay rate: £13.00 per hour (Full-time)
Hotels: The Westbourne Hyde Park & The Crescent Hyde Park 51 Gloucester Terrace London W2 3DQ = (Near Lancaster Gate Station & Paddington Station)
Position: Immediate start - Reports to Manager
Job Objective: To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers
Essential requirements: You must:
- Have proof of right to work in the UK, able to converse in English, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, flexibility to work
- Be flexible for mainly night shifts or as per hotel requirements.
Main responsibilities

- Oversee lobby cleanliness and maintain front desk area.
- Assist guests with issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
- Ensure hotel policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Have multi tasking skills
Preferences: A background in hospitality industry and customer service will be preferred for the role. Also, any candidate with basic knowledge of any property management system (PMS) such as Guestline/ Rezlynx, Opera, Cloudbeds, RoomRaccoon or Mews.
Training: Full basic-training will be provided to meet the requirements of role.
