Do you have a passion for pups and a flair for fabulous fur? The Poochie Palace is looking for a confident and experienced Mobile Dog Groomer to join our warm and talented team this September!
Since 2016, The Poochie Palace has been dedicated to providing exceptional grooming experiences that are as stress-free and enjoyable as possible for our furry clients. Alongside our busy salon, our mobile grooming service brings that same care and quality straight to our clients’ doors, perfect for nervous dogs or owners who require the home visit.
You’ll be taking our fully converted mobile grooming van on the road, visiting our loyal clients and providing professional grooming to dogs of all breeds and sizes. It’s a lovely, personable role where you’ll build genuine rapport with regular customers and their beloved pets, offering friendly, professional service right at their homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive to clients’ homes and groom dogs confidently and safely in our mobile van.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality grooms across a range of breeds and coat types.
- Provide a calm, reassuring experience for every dog in your care.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with our wonderful regular clients. Occasionally support our team in the salon when needed.
- Maintain the van and grooming equipment to a clean, professional standard.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified or experienced groomer with solid, hands-on grooming skills.
- A confident driver with a full UK driving licence and a responsible approach to being on the road.
- Someone who’s comfortable working alone, managing their own schedule.
- A calm, friendly, and reliable dog lover who enjoys building rapport with customers.
- Flexibility to occasionally groom in the salon when required.
