Landscape OperativeAbout the Role
Due to continued growth, SJM Landscapes is looking for a dedicated Landscape Operative to join our award-winning team in the South. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced landscaping professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality developments and creating exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Supervisors to construct show centres to the highest standards.
- Carry out landscape installation works across a range of developments.
- Complete weekly Health & Safety reporting requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to company standards.
- Represent SJM Landscapes positively on client sites.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Full, clean UK driving licence (manual preferred).
- Minimum of 2–3 years' landscaping experience.
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Desirable:
- PA1/PA6 qualifications.
- Level 2 Qualification in Horticulture.
