We’re looking for a reliable and organised Order Packer / Fulfilment Assistant to help prepare customer orders from our growing TikTok Shop businesses.
We sell products through TikTok LIVE, so packing volumes can vary depending on the number and performance of our LIVEs. We currently expect around 150+ parcels per week, with the potential for this to increase as the businesses continue to grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Packing TikTok Shop customer orders accurately and securely
- Matching products to the correct order and shipping label
- Checking item numbers/SKUs against orders before packing
- Printing and attaching shipping labels
- Preparing parcels for TikTok Shop collection
- Making sure any free gifts or giveaway items are included with the correct orders
- Keeping packed and unpacked stock organised
- Flagging any missing, incorrect or unclear items before dispatch
- Keeping the packing area clean and organised
- Occasionally assisting with basic stock counts or organisation when required
What we’re looking for
You’ll need to be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Very organised and accurate
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to work at a good pace without sacrificing accuracy
- Confident using a phone/computer for basic order checking
- Careful when handling customer orders and stock
- Able to follow packing instructions closely
- Comfortable with repetitive packing work
- Available flexibly around our LIVE and dispatch schedule
Previous warehouse, fulfilment, retail, e-commerce or packing experience is helpful, but not essential if you’re organised, quick to learn and dependable.
Hours
Hours will vary depending on our LIVE sales and order volume.
We currently process approximately 150+ parcels per week, and packing shifts will normally be offered after LIVEs according to the number of outstanding orders and TikTok dispatch deadlines.
There may also be opportunities for additional hours as our order volume increases.
Important
Accuracy is extremely important. Each item must be matched to the correct customer order before it is packed, as many of our products are individual items sold during TikTok LIVE auctions.
