About the Opportunity
We're supporting a fast-growing, venture-backed technology business as they enter an exciting phase of commercial growth. They're looking for an experienced, career Executive Assistant to partner closely with their CEO, bringing structure, organisation and proactive support to a fast-paced executive environment.
This is a hands-on role where you'll become a trusted operational partner, helping create focus for a founder by taking complete ownership of executive administration and communications. The successful contractor will be confident working independently, anticipating needs, and building strong working relationships through regular in-person collaboration.
This is an initial contract engagement with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Location: London (initially office-based, Central London)
Start: August 2026 (estimated)
Hours: Approximately 150 hours per month
Time Zone: GMT
Contract: Independent Contractor, going perm may be possible
What You'll Be Doing

Taking full ownership of executive inbox management, including organising, prioritising and responding where appropriate.

Managing an ever-changing calendar, scheduling meetings and protecting executive time.

Preparing weekly priorities, meeting agendas and briefing materials.

Managing professional communications on behalf of the executive.

Supporting LinkedIn outreach and sales engagement activities.

Coordinating travel, meetings and logistics.

Following up on actions and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Providing high-quality administrative support across a range of business activities.

Building a trusted working relationship with the CEO through proactive, in-person collaboration.
Requirements
We're Looking For Someone Who

Has significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founders, CEOs or senior executives.

Is a career Executive Assistant who genuinely enjoys executive support and administration.

Naturally takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

Is exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Is comfortable managing high-volume inboxes and complex diaries.

Can confidently prioritise competing demands in a fast-moving environment.

Is proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused.

Is based within commuting distance of Central London and is happy to work on-site initially.

Is comfortable working during GMT business hours.
Nice to Have

Experience supporting executives within high-growth technology or venture-backed businesses.
