Senior Complex Care Support Worker (SVQ3 Required)
Contract: Self Employed / Zero hours / Bank / Flexitime
Location: Aberdeen and surrounding areas (Home-Based Care and various locations in Aberdeenshire)

The Role
We are looking for skilled, senior-level Care Workers to provide high-quality, one-to-one complex care for adults (16+) in their own homes in the Grampian area. Because we deal with complex clinical needs, we require practitioners who are confident, experienced, and hold a minimum SVQ3 qualification.
You will support clients with critical tasks including:
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care.
- Suctioning and enteral feeding.
- Medication administration and daily living activities.
- Implementation of detailed clinical care plans.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum SVQ Level 3 (SCQF Level 7) in Social Services and Healthcare.
- Status: Must be SSSC registered (or eligible) as a Practitioner.
- Experience: Proven background in complex care or community care.
- Skills: Competency in (or a strong aptitude for) tracheostomy, ventilation, and enteral feeding.
- Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure (PVG) and existing right to work in the UK.
