Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
Salary: £20,000–£30,000 per year, depending on experience and progression, plus overtime and an annual bonus.

About the role
Geezers Boxing is a leading supplier of boxing equipment across the UK and Europe, dispatching products to customers around the world.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Order Picker/Warehouse Operative to join our friendly, close-knit team. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and packing customer orders, processing incoming stock and helping to keep the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently.
No previous warehouse experience is required, as training will be provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a good sense of humour.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, count and organise incoming stock.
- Pick and prepare customer orders.
- Pack products securely and accurately.
- Label and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Help maintain accurate and organised stock areas.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe.
- Carry out light cleaning and general warehouse duties.
- Work independently while supporting the wider team.
There may also be an opportunity for the right person to progress into a telephone-based customer service or sales role once they have developed sufficient product knowledge. This progression would include increased pay.
About you
The ideal candidate will:
- Be reliable, punctual and hard-working.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be physically fit and comfortable standing, walking and moving stock for extended periods.
- Have an enthusiastic approach and a willingness to learn.
- Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
- Have an interest in boxing or combat sports, although this is not essential.
